I had an appt on January 9th at 5:30. No one was there, and I drove far from where I was at the time, rushing to get there (I arrived at 5:15). I called, and Sara answered saying she'd call me back, and she never did. Today is January 19th, and even though I told them I was going to a birthday event, I still haven't heard from them. They seem nice, but I thought this was very unprofessional and it left me wishing I'd had went somewhere that was more dependable and respectful of my time and gas.

Sarah and Sara are truly the most caring certified technicians I’ve ever had. Sara is also a nurse which made me feel in great hands when I arrived. They are so knowledgeable about so many different treatments and the various ways to help with what you’re looking for. Sara is so obviously invested in giving her clients the best possible experience and results! She tailors all treatments to exactly what their goals are and what will work with their unique body. I didn’t know what to expect getting body contouring but Sara made me feel comfortable and confident not only with how she treated me, but in my results as well. Two very talented ladies work there that do their best to make every client look and feel their best. I did the hifu and rf microneedling needling on my face and neck. The initial results were amazing, and the best part is it’s going to keep improving over the next few weeks. The hifu tightened and toned while the rf plumped and lifted. I am definitely coming back for more. Thank you so much
