Our "unofficial" smoker celebrity. This couple has so many hours of smoke time under their belts. Their smoked brisket stands alone. Love that they give options of which part of the slab you prefer. I stopped by today on my way through here for work. The food was great and serviced from the Owner was awesome as well. I would definitely recommend coming back and trying the pulled chicken and brisket.
Great barbecue, conveniently located M-Th at Sizemore Welding on Rt 100. Nice menu, good meal options plus three homemade sides. Reasonable prices, friendly service.
Me and the wife stopped by this afternoon and this is definitely one of the best BBQ joints I have ever been to. I got a pound of brisket and some jambalaya and it was awesome. The wife got some chicken and a couple sides and she loved it as well. Totally worth the stop. I will definitely be back. Seriously, some of the best brisket I have ever had. I like mine a little on the lean side and it was so juicy.
