Totally disappointed in this restaurant. Stopped in at 11:10 to pick up sushi and by 12 PM still had no food. Asked servers for help, they would disappear and come back and nobody knew anything. Don’t waste your time doing pick up at this restaurant it’s terrible. Ended up leaving and getting my money back with still no explanation on where my lunch went. Pretty Ridiculous!

Don't judge me...a girl's gotta eat...and there's more to take home...versatility is the word. But hey, Cool Basil has always been good...wow have they stepped up their game. Lookie this beautiful patio...new menu items...I tried Siracha Noodles on the right...my standby Cashew Chicken on the left (I'm a 4 spice girl) and Spring Rolls with avocado and aspargus with 3 sauces on top....and this beautiful new water feature...wonderful lunch...Tram did a great job...only wished they had Thai Iced Coffee....

The curried catfish is the most delicious thing I have ever eaten in my entire life.
Ordered takeout to be ready at 7:45. Got there around 7:50 and it was ready to go, aside from the sushi. Was told they would let me know when it was ready. Five minutes pass I’m asked if I’ve been helped- yes just waiting on sushi. Another five minutes nothing. After fifteen minutes I’m asked again if I’ve been helped. Yes- waiting on sushi. They run around trying to look. Then finally open the bag, sushi’s on the bottom. So after 20 minutes I got my order with sushi buried under my hot food. Yum.
Very nice atmosphere with really good food. I would definitely recommend it.
