We had Mark, Lucas and their team of 6 install a six multi-split plus a single split system in our house last week. They started right on time 7am sharp, were very organised, professional, and went to work in each separate room straight away after going through with us where the ideal location of the AC outlet for each room. We had our air conditioner installed by Mark and the team at CoolAz late last year. Our home is double brick, which made the installation quite challenging at times. While there were a few stressful moments during the process, the team remained professional, respectful, and committed to completing the job properly. Very happy with services provided by Cool Az team. Mark, Lucas, John, Hannah, Lachlan (hope I don’t misspell anyone’s name 😁) set up our aircon system and ensured everything is properly done. We had a little issue with the exhaustion fan due to the movement on the roof, Mark came back right on the next day to fix it, easy done. This is what any clients would like to receive: reliable service and prompt support. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you team.
Lucas and his team installed a Rinnai multi unit split system for me. They communicated well and acted professionally throughout. After a couple of days, I reached out because I felt the unit wasn’t performing as well as it should be. Lucas arranged for someone to attend within 24 hours and they sorted everything.
