They're very good, efficient and cleaned the mess up. I'll will recommend the company anytime when someone needs air conditioning or heating done.
Big shoutout to Andrew and Michael’s team at Cool Az! We had 5 split systems installed this morning (contracted through an external provider) and the whole experience was outstanding. From the start, the team arrived on time, communicated clearly, and walked us through different placement options. Jayden and his team came and installed our new aircon units and did a fantastic job with the installation. They also did the installation for my parents house and they were very happy with it. They were also very neat and clean. Highly recommend them. Very satisfied with the job.

Cool Az were hired by my aircon salesman to install a new split system in my home. The men did an excellent job. Lucas was polite and set very clear expectations with me as to how long each step should take, what type of disruption they will be while working etc.. it made the otherwise disruptive experience much more tolerable while I worked from home. After the men left I had a minor issue so contacted Andrew in the office who wanted to come out to resolve it the next day. Excellent service. Overall I'm very satisfied.
