Their crew is very bad they installed two units for me one unit the line set is kinked during installation I report to them but they charge 99 bucks just for dispatch. What they offer me during installation is 5 years labor warranty. So disappointing.
Dont buy this service the Worst experience with this company
Steer clear of this company. Installed my HVAC via Home Depot and we have only had issues since. $11k went down the drain. Very poor install and a bad unit they refuse to replace.
Just called to log a compliant and their customer service is pathetic.
Stay away from this fraudulent company. I got their contact through Home Depot and paid for a 2-year service. After the first maintenance visit, I was never able to schedule another appointment. They either cancel or claim to have no availability.
