Absolutely horrible experience. I would never recommend this company. Never had an AC issue until they came out to "inspect" my unit. Now my 4 children and I are awaiting our home warranty to come out to fix the issue.
I just recently got my new AC system turned early this year. Cool Air Solutions has been great! I like to especially thank Cool Air Solutions for their knowledge and professionalism. The installer and customer service has been great as well! Cool Air Solutions keep up the great work!
This was my first and last time I will use Cool Air Solutions. I am a registered nurse and during COVID-19 I have been very busy. My air conditioner went out and I had gotten estimates in the past with Cool Air Solutions. Their sales team is very nice. However, unfortunately that is where it ends. I had 3 separate companies come out to check my AC and Heater only to learn that my duct work was very bad and needed to be replaced for health reasons. (all 3 companies said the same) Brian C*** from Cool Air Solutions came out to see me. He was very friendly and spent a lot of time checking everything and taking pictures to show me because everything is up in the attic. He then gave me a very fair estimate.
