Rudy is an excellent tech who went above and beyond to help with our home concerns. We had a bit of a unique issue and he handled it with such professionalism. We signed up for the membership because airtech can actually help with all of our concerns from our situation. You can tell that customer service is really an important value to this company, something that seems rare there days. Thank you Rudy!
I had a problem with the drip pan overflowing and the AC would turn off (which is good) and Eduardo from Air Tech came out and figured out what was going on. He explained everything thoroughly about the problem and how they would fix it. Then his team, Daniel and Salvador and he came out and did the repair and replacements. They did a very nice job and all is well. All of them are super nice and professional. And my AC is really cool! Thanks Everyone!
