This company is truly a pain to deal with. I first had them install a unit in 2022, They came out very quickly and installed the unit promptly. The unit worked great until the first winter. I called the company to come out and repair the furnace. It took nearly 2 months and several technicians before someone knew how to fix the issue. Then this summer, the unit stopped blowing cold air.
