Shawn arrived on time; explained the scope of his work and got to work. Extremely professional and detailed in his work. Once system (tankless water heater) was installed, Shawn explained operation of the new system. Completed a very detailed cleanup. It was a pleasure working with Shawn. Hope to have him back when I replace my two furnace this fall. Thumbs up.
