I was very pleased that Cool Air was able to provide an emergency repair on Sunday morning after calling them on Saturday evening. I was very impressed with their ability to respond as quickly as they did. It was expensive for the amount of work and skill needed to repair the leak; however, I really had no choice other than to have them repair it.

Technician was fine but company is extremely overpriced. They wanted to charge me $270 per pound of r410a. He eventually went down to $200 per pound. So I got 4 pounds which cost me $800. I feel this was price gouging. I will be searching for another company

I was very impressed by everyone who represented cool air. Their sales person/founder and the two technicians that came to do the installation or professional and personable. We were impressed also by their communication of when tasks or visits would be accomplished. I would highly recommend this company and on a side note, we found them through Costco.
