They installed a heating/ac mini split unit to a non-ducted living area of my house. I will confidently recommend this company to my closest friends and relatives. While the unit exceeded my expectations I can't say enough about how seamless the process was. They have the right balance of being both personable and professional. Great company. Robbie and Liz are amazing to deal with. The whole team works efficiently and effectively. They work hard and do the job right. Zero complaints. Easily the best HVAC company out there. I'm so happy I found them. They installed a Mitsubishi Heat Pump in my house, together with all the duct work. Everything about the interaction with them, from the first visit with Scott, who was superb, to the workers, to Derick who supervised the work, to Cool Air HVAC Services extending itself to help me with some special requests -- everything, was just clear, professional, kind, helpful, and the quality of work was top notch. This is really a superb company.
