This guy is a rage case. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!!! STAY AWAY. Did a horrible job and had to rehire another company to fix his mistakes. All he does is yell and scream when he makes an error and makes it seem like it was the customers fault.

I hired Ber-cool for a simply fall maintenance on my furnace to make sure everything was running smoothly before the winter. While the technician was respectful and nice to me, he was 40 minutes late for the schedule appointment. At the end of the appointment he handed me an invoice without an amount on it and asked me to sign. I asked him how much it was and he said “just sign it and they will bill you”. Great Company. I have a VERY complex Hydronic floor heating system, as well as for the HVAC portion. They built it when the house was built, and service it when it needs it. Very satisfied with them.
