A month and a half ago our coil went out. We called Erica’s cooling and plumbing and not only was the technician rude, he diagnosed the issue as the coil needing to be cleaned.- it was leaking! Two days later, the system went out again… Erica’s charged us over $1000 for two visits in two days and never fix the problem. Ferdi, is the best and he is honest and not a upscale guy. They are the best company I ever used.
Our store was having the worst time with the AC. I called & received same day service and they repaired the problem on the spot. Signed a service contract right then to avoid any other issues with maintaining the unit. Will never call another AC company.
