A month and a half ago our coil went out. We called Erica’s cooling and plumbing and not only was the technician rude, he diagnosed the issue as the coil needing to be cleaned.- it was leaking! Two days later, the system went out again… Erica’s charged us over $1000 for two visits in two days and never fix the problem. We called Cool Air Conditioning Systems and Ferdie successfully diagnosed the issue and worked with Carrier to get the parts covered under warranty. a month later, our compressor went out.
