Excellent tire shop!!! Very honest and friendly staff.
I just want Cook's to know they now have a new customer! My daughter and I were over at CVS the day before Christmas Eve when we come out and find that my car has a flat. I called AAA and while they are putting the spare on all I can think of is...of all things to happen right before Christmas. Great experience, especially as a first impression! Friendly. Clean. Efficient. There was no hesitation in taking me into the garage to show me pending issues. No pressure in any direction or gimmicky sales, 'this is the sitch.. you tell us how you want to move forward' type of scenario. The unexpected added bonus, Murphy❣ I would absolutely recommend Cook's!
