If you are looking for a new Plumber, don’t call Cook’s. Awful customer service. The technician came to our house and it took all of five minutes to see where the leak was coming from. When he came back to install the part, it took approximately half an hour. They charged me two hours. When I got my bill, it wasn’t itemized. I emailed Samantha on a Monday and never got a response.
