This morning was the 2nd time I've used Cooks. Both times the same two young men came. Please don't judge the book by its cover. Both of these guys were very polite and knew what they were doing. One of them is covered in tattoos but was a very polite and professional. I recommend these 2 hard working guys. I hope the owner of Cooks let these guys know about my comment.
The most unresponsive company I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to get in contact with them for 5 days and still have yet to receive a call back.
