The OWNER went to a rental property of mine at Canyon Lake. The service was fast and professional. My tenant was impressed with how efficiently the job was completed and he even cleaned the area when he was finished. The price was MORE THAN FAIR! They service a large area, which works for me since I have properties at Canyon Lake, New Braunfels and Lockhart! Thank you Mr. Cook....for a job WELL DONE! (also, your office manager is a KEEPER ! )

These guys just came and saved the day. Warranty company previously sent out another plumber who told me the solution to my problem was to give him $600, these guys were able to fix the problem under complete warranty coverage. Also super friendly and professional.

Our home warranty company sent us this plumbing company to have our gas water heaters replaced back in March 2018. They came and did the job and had to come back twice more because the brand new water heaters were not working, they had not been connected properly. they wanted to charge us more to dispose of our old water heaters. Trusting that they know what they are doing we had not checked our attic and to our surprise this is what we found. "Owner" of the company specifically told me to "go find a different plumber" because I asked why he had to come out a second time to take pictures of the parts he needed. Owner is a creep, hot head, and is one of the rudest human beings I've encountered. Cursed at me multiple times and when I said he would be fired, bragged about being the owner of the company.
