I've been using Cook's for over 2 years now and have been really pleased. I first called them out to treat a flea problem, I'd tried everything short of bombing the house myself and nothing worked. They treated once, we had to be out of the house for 4 hours, and it completely fixed the problem. Since then I have had Cook's do regular monthly pest service and added on termite and mosquito control. The initial treatment was effective but subsequent months had diminishing results as the bugs showed up more and more

Treated our house for 2 years for spiders and we had a worse problem at the end than when we started. A total waste of our money. They never showed up when they said they would, left us waiting an entire day. Then they would come and spray the outside of the house when we were gone and charge us as if they sprayed the inside too.
