Contacted Cook's pest control for a termite inspection letter for the V.A. Was told initially that no termites were detected and the manager would be out in two days do to a more in depth inspection and provide the desired letter. Before the rep left he advised that I should utilize their terminate services since my back yard is moist and there is a fence because the two things termites need are wood and moist ground. this was an $849.00 package with the va letter free since I would be purchasing their protection. Dylan came out same day when we saw evidence of mice (because when is there ever just one). He set up some traps and found another space they were making themselves at home at where we were totally unaware of. The next day their territory manager Spencer happened to stop by to ensure we were taken care of. He had just left the office and BOOM little Mr Field Mouse decided to make his presence known.
