Read the terms and conditions and don't sign anything. You will regret doing business with these guys. They have high cancellation fees to end the contract with them. Cancellation fees after they come out and do the bare minimum and you still have bugs. It's pest control there shouldn't be a contract.

Roger Carden was good when I was becoming a customer, until he left out the part about the 15 month contract, I canceled the service after the tech got here bc that’s when I was told about the contract. Roger said his supervisor would have to cancel it & that an email would be sent with the canceled emailed. I waited 24 hrs before I contacted him bc of course no email. He did not answer.
