I called twice to reschedule with my service technician who came unannounced last week and was hung up on both times. The first time she said she was going to check the schedule then immediately hung up. I figured my phone dropped the call but I called back and the phone answered yet no one said anything and immediately hung up on me.
Justin was very thorough, and after a long day, with delays, he showed up and stayed until he completed the job. He was very professional and very pleasant, and respectful of any questions. He is a keeper.
