After years of service from Cook's Pest Control, Inc. I quit them today. In the past 6 months I have had 3 months straight issues, one month totally skipped my service but got a charge for it. Then after getting all back on track I asked about the company policy for a free month and 10% off next if have issues. Got a major run around from the company. Filled out online forms and called numerous times. Always told that a supervisor would contact me. Never got that call either. Technician did a good job when all got straight, ... read more
have no complaints on the people that have come to my house , but still after 5 spayes still have flea's and can't get any one to respond, please help
Your Auburn office is ridiculous. They are rude and do not care about spraying toxic chemicals where people are living without proper notification. I would never recommend this company.

Cook’s has taken care of all our needs with exterior ant traps (to kill them BEFORE they get in house), rodent feeder stations (near my garden and the dog’s pool) and exterior pest control. They’ve sprayed in locations I’ve found Black Widows (as a precaustion). We also use them for our termite service. We’re building a new home and will take our contract with Cook’s with us!
