We have used them for several years. Never had a problem. They come back if there is a problem. They have gotten rid of several wasp nests for us, too
We've had Cook's as our termite control for over 13 years. We are very confident in their protection and have never had any evidence of termites. We have had 2 different servicemen over the 13 years and both have been wonderful to work with.
The only problem I had was fleas. Upon inspection they told me they were going to do one thing, and yes I signed the contract like any other wordy contract that was a "perimeter protection system." And multiple times I called and they were going to "resolve" the issue but never did. Yet I could not get out of contract because they did spray around the perimeter of my home even though all I wanted the whole time was my dog pen sprayed. Worst Service I have ever seen, they say they'll call and never do. Whatever they use attracts more bugs than it kills. Wasted my money with this company
