Very shocked and disappointed that my Pest Co. does inadequate service in dealing with Rats in my attic. They checked no entrance holes in roof but just set out a few traps, with no captured rats as they don't know how to play the game with these very smart rats. Due to the seriousness of rats in Insulation where their urine contaminates causing fatal diseases. I am going to be forced to hire a Wild Life Expert and cancel my service with this pest control co...a waste of money.
Way over priced, they would not treat unless I paid 55 bucks/ month contract for 12 months. I am not paying monthly for bug person to come out in winter months..... Went back to their office to see if we could work it out another way..told me someone would call back......NOTHING/ no call...Check around, some other local companys will contract you once every 3 months instead of every month like these guys......thanks for wasting my time COOKS !
