My husband called two weeks ago for an estimate and scheduled an appointment for today between 10:30 and 11 am. I stayed home with my daughter so someone could be here. I have 2 days off a week to spend with our daughter and I have now wasted one of those days waiting for someone to come. No call. No email. No text. No technician. My husband called and a secretary said that there was no way to contact the technician that was supposed to come and do the estimate and that he'd have to call back on Monday.
