Updated Review 10-8-25 The Department and District Managers both called, apologized profusely, and were extremely professional in their handling of my previous disappointment in services. The Department Manager himself, Scott, made time to come out today and personally treated my yard, taking the time to text me that they were here and making a point to talk to me and even explained everything to my mother who I got the service for. I was pleased with the services at first, but inconsistency in my scheduling slowly became irritating when I disclosed that I needed to be present when they treated my home and was told repeatedly they would only schedule on those days, or at least call me so I can stop by on my lunch break to make sure techs could reach every spot. After it being a year and they still send technicians out to me on days I am working and do not let me know when they're close, I am contemplating canceling and just seeking local help or treatin... read more
