The Service I recieve from Cooks Pest Control is more than I ever thought it could be. They are very professional and always do more than they say they will. I feel good about the service people that come to my home and wouldnt have any other company doing my service. They are the best.
Very impressive. I had talked to a few other companies in town and but didnt feel comfortable with the people or the service they said they would do by just SPRAYING everything. Cooks Pest Control is a wonderful company who can work with my schedule and keep bugs and chemicals out of my house. Thank you Cooks for all you do.
The service is good but their "sales manager" that set up my account told us everything we wanted to hear but didnt come through. My advice is to read the fine print! If you deal with the management then BEWARE!!!
We had a problem with fleas biting my daughter at night in her bed and the first place I called was Cooks Pest Control. Within 20min I recieved a phone call from Richard Burbage (inspector)to come out and do a free inspection. If you ever have Richard as your inspector you will be very pleased because he is a great man. He isnt your normal sales rep who is in and out within a few minutes. THE biggest waste of money, even after one full year of bug spraying. Poor customer service in my opinion.
Great reliable service, child and pet safe. Only one initial spraying in the house, then they just spray outside. very professional and friendly. If you still have pests in the house, they spray the inside again for free.Great to deal with!
