Nightmare... – Update: It's been several months since I have cancelled the service after having to pay Cook's in full for poisoning my dogs and trespassing on my property. They continue to bill me for the cancelled service. I have reported them to the BBB and contacted the parent company. I hope to get rid of them eventually.
3 Strikes and Cooks is OUT! – 1) I asked them not to place the plastic receptacles of poison in reach of my small dogs. They ignored it. And the dogs ate them (plastic and all) just like I told them they would. When I complained, they excused/justified it... 2) I asked for notification when service technician would be at the house so I could pen the dogs. Again, ignored.
