I've used Cook's termite protection for years, but never had a need for their pest control until this week. The only problem I had was fleas. Upon inspection they told me they were going to do one thing, and yes I signed the contract like any other wordy contract that was a "perimeter protection system." And multiple times I called and they were going to "resolve" the issue but never did. Yet I could not get out of contract because they did spray around the perimeter of my home even though all I wanted the whole time was my dog pen sprayed.
