I’ve had this problem numerous times. I’ll call in the morning tell cooks pest-control receptionist about my problem that I’m having. The worker will called me back said he would be here this morning. It is now 1:25 PM. I have called cooks pest control today three different times she keeps giving me the runaround dawn that is. I’ve had problems with Cooks ever since I signed up almost one year ago. Service is not reliable nor is it consistent. In Feb 2020, I was billed for service I did not receive and was provided a workorder that the technician came to my house. However, on the day he said he was here, our cameras clearly captured me and my family going and coming but never captured one image of Cooks or their technician. 🤷♀️ Not sure if I should contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General. I recommend staying away from Cook's. They can't be trusted with the simplest of tasks. They screwed up on my automatic bill pay, which never executed. Then, they stopped my service without notice. I gave them another chance to come by a couple weeks ago, but they were a no call, no show. It's going to take a major incentive for me to come back. Otherwise, I'm done dealing with them.
they really keep up to their word. service is great. had small hiccup and the manager came right out and fixed it. thank you cooks. will be a customer forever
The service is good when they show up. My problem is I've gotten billed twice for times I have no proof they have been here. I didnt receive a phone call, they didn't disturb any of the ant traps (some have been broken for 2 months), nor did they leave a receipt. And someone is usually home 99% of the time. I called to complain and they said they would have someone call me back on it, but I didnt get a call back. Looks like I'm going elsewhere.
