awesome people! got our key made quickly and made sure we were able to use the key.
I visited the Jeffersonville store for the first and second time today and was very happy with the service and prices. First I got a spare key for my daughters 2000 Toyota Solara for a little more than $3 then I came back and got a couple different house keys made, 2 each for less than a couple dollars each. The store craftsman was very friendly and professional. I plan on going back to have some other keys duplicated too. Great location, service and quality.

Cook's and their Tony Goforth have once again gone so far above and beyond 5 stars simply isn't enough. Locked out of my house, Tony worked some magic and Jason arrived well before the estimated ETA and had me in my house within literal minutes. This shop knows how to take care of their customers!!!
Great friendly customer service! Even though they were busy they had my ignition cylinder and new laser key done the same day! As I waited I was asked 3 times if I needed a water, snack, or something, Great customer Service!
