OK I took a silver ring there to get resized last week. The people there are polite, however when I went to pick the ring up at 11am I was told it was still being cleaned, It was not even touched yet and found it odd that it would be cleaned before it was going to be cut and soldered. Come back at 4pm. 4pm I'm told many people came in and it wasn't done. They will call me. Next day nothing. So I use messenger and say I want to cancel if its not being worked on.
