RecommendedWe are so fortunate that we chose Cook's Home Improvement to replace our windows. Definitely a 5 Star job and we are EXTREMELY satisfied with all aspects of the work performed. We ordered Kensington windows and, now, we can hardly hear the generator performing weekly checks. Not only that, they even left the house cleaner than when the job was started!! MANY Thanks to Jason, Chad and the rest of the crew involved in the project.

Cook's was just here to install a storm door. He did a great job. He was fast, professional and very knowledgeable. He even took the time to explain a few things to me, like how to switch out the screen and glass. I am already planning my next project for them!
Very disappointed in the service we received. We have been trying to resolve our project since May and have attempted to contact Cook's MANY times.

5 stars! Jason and his crew were just awesome in making sure things were done right and that we were satisfied, which we are more than satisfied! Jason checked in with us often to see how things were going or if anything else was needed. Great work, great customer service and a great team. We will definitely be calling Cook's Home Improvement when we need another remodel! Great job guys!
