When I first started I had no problem with the caregivers or the company. They came and cleaned and cook for me. They even went and got my prescriptions when I needed it. Then they took away one of my caregivers that I became close with and then they stopped getting my prescriptions for me. And finally they dropped me as a client because they no longer took my insurance. I do not recommend this company to nobody.
Cook's is a great company to work for. They truly care about their patient's.
Cooks Home Assistance has been wonderful to work with. They give me a peace of mind that my sister is being taken care of. All the caregivers are extremely helpful. From the owner, office staff to caregivers I don't have a bad thing to say. They are always ready and willing to help if my sister's needs change. They truly care about her and only want what is best for her. Can't say thank you enough!
I appreciate Cooks Home Assistance for always helping me. I have the best care taker Star who is always making sure that I have everything I need along with the other care takers, are like sweet angels to me. Cooks has served me for many years. I appreciate how they cook and clean for me as well. Thank you all for taking care of me like family.
The first day that I met Wanda, we had a spiritual connection. She goes and get my prescriptions, she cleans everything I ask her too, and we talk. She has an awesome soul! Wanda reminds me if I took my meds and if I ate. She is very polite, kind, loving, and compassionate. She notices when I am not feeling good or when I am doing better. She is very involved in my well-being. She has helped me tremendously, and I look forward to seeing her every Wednesday!
