Cooks Collision in Cleburne was recommended by a friend of mine. I was skeptical at first, so I decided to do my own research and went through all the reviews! Very Impressed - Was originally told about 2 weeks to complete repairs on my company car. 1 week later they were calling me saying it was ready. The whole process was pleasing from the initial estimate, to dropping it off and picking it back up. They even straightened my front plate that was bent due to a car wash. Super friendly & knowledgeable staff! I'm very ignorant when it comes to auto work, but everything was communicated incredibly well. I never had any issues with getting information or general time frames, and the work felt prompt given what needed to be done. I can't fully speak on pricing given that I was 0% liable for my accident and wasn't responsible for any payment myself, but it seemed reasonable and fair to me with that added context.
