We just had the worst experience we have ever had with a Bodyshop. Never have we dealt with a General Manager that was so disrespectful and shouting at me. There was a $400 difference between what the insurance company approved and what they estimated. Mike, the gentleman that gave us the estimate was aware of what the insurance company approved and assured us they would work with the insurance company regarding the difference and would not hold our car. I picked up my car today from Caliber and on initial inspection I would give them a five star rating. The only thing that really bothers me is that someone jacked around with all the cars settings. I didn't think to check the milage when I dropped the car off for repairs so I hope they didn't take my car out for a joy ride. I guess it's just immaturity on who ever changed all my personal settings.
As a brief overview, since October 2024, I have faced numerous challenges with the repair process, including difficulties in communication and multiple visits to their facility. Despite assurances, the issues with my vehicle persisted, leading me to seek repairs from a dealership directly. I have been assured a reimbursement for the incurred costs, but it has been several months, and I am still waiting for the funds. My experience with Caliber Collision Imperial Mo was excellent. They are one of the few businesses that understand and practice great customer service and impeccable work. I had all but given up getting my vehicle repaired from storm damage back to the way it was before. Caliber Collision Imperial Mo repaired my vehicle back to new condition. I was involved in an accident in June 2020 and immediately took my Jeep to Caliber Collision in Olive Branch. Body shop recommended obvious body repair and to replace the front axle while using the internals of the old axle. Communication updates were regular and Jeep was returned after a lengthy period on August 18th.
