Job Done Quick and neat . Returned the car clean in and out.
Almost cost me 8k and my car due their poor estimate. after getting in a small accident and bending one of the suspension arms on my bmw insurance had the car brought here. they proceeded to estimate thousands of dollars in electrical work for a dsc light on the dash which was just simply due too the car being out of alignment and estimated another several thousand dollars to replace the sub frame without even taking the plastic skid tray off the bottom to look at it. this along side their extremely inflated estimate for the... read more
This is the fastest body shop I’ve ever been to and the work looks to be top-notch… my service writer, Reasa, was super helpful and they kept me informed the whole process it took less than a week to get my car repaired. I am very surprised and pleased with the level of service that I received.
This review is long overdue. I had to get my car fixed after a minor incident (years ago now). Although they fixed my Toyota Camry just fine, they offered to change my battery as they claimed it was dead (it was not) & they asked me to pay cash for it. This seemed concerning. I would not recommend them.
Great quality service. Car was in the shop for a total of 5 days. As someone who worked in the rental car industry for 6 years, I remember seeing countless cases where customers waited for weeks and weeks. Caliber Collision in Pleasanton could not have been more professional and more transparent. Constantly kept me up to date. I'm thankful they were able to fix my car. It was an almost $3,000 fix.
