This is my yelp review but wanted to share with Facebook friends as well. I just got my car back today after an accident that happened about two weeks ago. I'm not impressed at all and will be contacting them on Monday when they open. First my car was not cleaned at all for pick up it was disgusting with water marks and dust. Then we were told that we couldn't wash the car at all until September. I have never heard that before? I first used cooks collision when someone tried to cut into my convertible top and left a nice slash almost all the way through it � I was referred to them by my insurance and they did a wonderful job! So when I was rear ended by a semi truck last month (thank goodness it was during traffic and we were going 5 mph or less) I knew I'd take my beautiful car back to cooks collision.
