Have visited cooks for minor reason in the past, but this time it was a serious injury. My son was hit by a truck while on his bike. The team at cooks were quick, thorough, and very friendly and attentive. They ensured we understood any and everything going on every step of the way.
This hospital treated a patient by the name of Journi Brielle Baucum. This is a child that has been stolen and put into cps custody! They treated this child who is 5 years old by stitching a gash in her forehead and urine sample that came back positive for chlamydia! This hospital has an obligation to report this finding! This child has been severely traumatized by cps in Tarrant county and they will not remove her from this foster parents home!
Five starts are for Lisa in ER. I believe she’s a paramedic or PCT. She’s awesome! She really made us feel comfortable! My daughter is special needs so we’re constantly in/out of the ER/hospital. It’s rare to find someone with her genuine heart!
