I had my car’s AC system repaired at Cooks Auto Repair and was thoroughly impressed. The team was highly professional and clearly focused on customer satisfaction. Ben, in particular, showed great persistence and went above and beyond to resolve some unexpected issues, ensuring the AC worked properly. Cooks is great!!! Fantastic auto mechanics. Ben and he's crew helped me out quick and easy! I was in a time crunch to drive across states to Norfolk, Virginia. They replaced the radiator while I was checking the car out from used car dealer ship but while talking to Ben he assured me that he would help me out and check out everything else with the car. If they find additional items wrong besides what the car is brought in for, they let you know with an honest recommendation of when to replace it. Any time my truck is in town and close to any service required, I don't wait to get it home, this is the shop!
Have been going to other auto repair shops for work on my 2006 Saturn but no more. Cooks is the GREATEST as are the employees! Prices were also much less than other "reasonable" priced shops. This is my place from now on and have been telling lots of people of it. Thanks all of you at Cooks!
Cooks Auto saved my Audi Allroad! I could not be happier. My fuel pump decided to give out while I was on the freeway. They recommended a wonderful tow company and then ended up replacing my fuel pump at very reasonable price, all the while kindly educating me along the way. I highly recommend Cooks Auto Repair to anyone looking for an honest and reputable shop with nice folks!
