The glass top of our stove at church got broken somehow, and thankfully it was under warranty. Cook’s was assigned to do the repairs for our region. Heather (from Cook’s) called me regularly to keep me updated on the process and schedule the repair appointment. She honestly could not have been more helpful! The was repairman was very knowledgeable and came out in a very timely manner. He replaced the glass top, so the stove now looks brand new and works perfectly!!! What a blessing!!! We had an awesome technician named Mr. Matt. He was very professional and fixed our freezer the first time he came out. He explained thoroughly what the problem seemed to be and how to keep it from happening again. From the time I booked the appointment to the time the problem was fixed, the service was top notch, definitely recommend using them for your appliance repairs.

I am new to this area and was in need of local Bainbridge appliance repair to my relatively new GE Refrigerator. After reading all the negative reviews of Cook's Appliance Services, I quickly decided to go elsewhere. NOTE to Cook's: Reader Reviews REALLY make a difference! Yours are costing you business and money!
