Craig was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had my A/C repaired much faster than I expected. He took the time to explain what was going on and answered all of my questions. Great service, fair pricing, and excellent communication. Jessica was my technician! She was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed my issue within 1 minute of looking at the unit! She fixed it quickly and tuned it up to perfection. I am really happy and pleased and hope I can have the privilege of getting Jessica for my next maintenance. She is amazing. Ask for her! You won’t be sorry!!!

First time service and I couldn’t be happier. I responded to an ad in the local mag and on the phone they were extremely professional. They sent Jess who was terrific. I live at the Hammock Resort and many people have difficulty finding me and servicing whatever they are here for. But not Jess. She was thorough, knowledgeable, professional and did a great job. From now on Cook’s is my service company and hopefully Jess is my technician.
