Cook’s service technicians are very much professionals looking to provide great service and good value. I subscribe to their gold service membership which gives me discounts on service calls. Most recently I had my outdoor temperature sensor replaced for only the cost of the service trip and an out of labor. I am a satisfied customer and highly recommend Cook’s.

They are way to busy can’t accept the work plus their home office is in lake city…. Thought they were local.. apparently you can only get work done in the off season..:. It’s ok there are plenty of other companies….
