Easy ordering process. Next day delivery. The corporate headquarters texted and the Naperville store called to ensure my delivery was received. Beautiful cookie bouquet. Excellent quality, freshly made, and the cookies were large. Thank you Cookies by Design in Naperville for a job well done. I hope corporate improves their website. I would have added a Congratulations balloon if it was offered online, the only balloon that was offered was a Happy Birthday balloon which was not the occasion. Thanks again.
Customer service at this location wasn't great. When I placed the order online for delivery to a school (noted in the order), the online confirmation noted "first delivery", but when I spoke to someone at the store, they seemed irritated by the assumption that it was scheduled for "first delivery", and instead of offering options to make sure it could be delivered during the school day, they said "I'll let them know it's a school."
