Customer service at this location wasn't great. When I placed the order online for delivery to a school (noted in the order), the online confirmation noted "first delivery", but when I spoke to someone at the store, they seemed irritated by the assumption that it was scheduled for "first delivery", and instead of offering options to make sure it could be delivered during the school day, they said "I'll let them know it's a school." Every single time I have a problem with delivery. They get delivered to a business so why would anyone think a business is still open at 6pm? I received a call asking “is this a hospital?!”, driver was rude and hostile. I said I left directions and he said there were none! Called store to get the run around. $20 for delivery on $80 cookies to have to deal with this nonsense?! My sister got cookies for her son’s first holy communion. They came out perfect and were so yummy! I honestly could have ate a dozen to myself. Everyone complimented on them and was asking where she got them. We all loved them and they were a huge hit!!!
