I ordered a few bouquets for my coworkers and as they are current employees for the FDA they complained to me that they received their bouquets with mixed ingredients such as coconut and nuts. They’re allergic and so are their children. I’ve noticed I got moldy grapes and strawberries as well. Wondering if they even check their produce and cross contaminate their fruits. Unacceptable.

Easy ordering process. Next day delivery. The corporate headquarters texted and the Naperville store called to ensure my delivery was received. Beautiful cookie bouquet. Excellent quality, freshly made, and the cookies were large. Thank you Cookies by Design in Naperville for a job well done. I hope corporate improves their website. I would have added a Congratulations balloon if it was offered online, the only balloon that was offered was a Happy Birthday balloon which was not the occasion. Thanks again.
