Placing an order was a bit of a pain, because we had a promo code and it wouldn't work. They said you had to call it in, but after 2 days of trying, being unable to reach anyone live, and leaving unreturned messages, we gave up. My brother is in the hospital and I needed to send him something asap so I had to bite the bullet and pay $100 for 24 cookies. The pricing is absolutely outrageous, but they delivered on time and I was contacted by the local bakery who was shipping them and they were wonderful to deal with.
I have nothing but fantastic things to say about the Long Beach Cookies by Design team! CBD has been a birthday tradition in my family since I can remember and this year was no exception. When there were complications with delivery (entirely to do with FedEx and NOTHING to do with Cookies by Design), the team went above and beyond to make sure that we got to the bottom of it and was communicative with me from beginning to end. Thank you to the team!
Quality cookies and amazing work. I needed cookies fast for my corporate event and they delivered on short notice! We will defiantly be using them again
