Love eating there! Food is always fresh and delicious, and always quick service.
The cookies were decent. The food was subpar. The customer service was just Terrible. It ruined my entire experience. Tracy was rude, inconsiderate and just plain nasty. It will be my first and last time here at this establishment. I was scanning the menu and she was just rushing me to place an order. My first time here at the cookie shoppe, I obviously would not know what to order right away. I will not be returning. I do not spend my hard earned money at businesses with employees who hate their lives and jobs.
