I am beyond disappointed with the full groom Subbu received from Cookie Mobile Grooming. I provided a very clear reference photo of a rounded, fluffy 'Teddy Bear' cut, but the result was the exact opposite. They completely stripped away his muzzle and mustache volume, leaving his face looking narrow and unrecognizable rather than the soft, puppy-like look I requested.
