I had accidentally booked 2 separate appointments for my son over the weekend, and instead of calling to confirm, they just canceled the one I showed up to. The man at the desk was very short and rude, talked over me while I showed him my confirmation email for the day we showed, and eventually just cut me off entirely and said to just go sit and wait to be called. First official haircut! I think it’s import that she jumped right into it. It’s probably my kids fault that he was moving and crying that it has some little issues but I’m really not a stickler. She did great under the circumstances! Also, he got a lollipop and a balloon and he was thrilled and told her thank you. I’d definitely return! Edit: We’ve come back multiple times and it’s cool.
