Terrible experience this time around, the stylist cut my son's hair way to short and one of the stylist asked if I wanted to leave a tip, even though a tip box is by the register. Tired of these situations where anyone should feel obligated to leave a tip after any experience. They should leave it at the discretion of the customer smh.

A few hours ago, I took my son there to get a haircut. He's been here a few times with his regular stylist. But she wasn't available this weekend. So we had another stylist..Vicky. When I made the appointment I wrote in the description that he's autistic & moves A LOT! A few minutes in, she started getting stressed out that he wouldn't stay still.
