Took our baby for his first haircut and it was such a wonderful experience. Jasmine was great at keeping him calm, showing him the tools and doing a really nice cut as well. They have TVs, little car chairs and lots of visual wall decor. Will be back!
Jasmine did a great job with my son's first haircut. We were really nervous as he tends to cry when he hears the trimmer (which he still did cry), but Jasmine was so patient and knowledgeable of what to do so that she could keep going. Overall, the haircut was good and we made it through better than I thought we would.
This was our 1.5yo’s second haircut ever, however it was our first time at Cookie Cutters. The first one was at a different salon and he shed soooo many tears! So, for the second time around, we were hoping to make it better. Ms Jasmine was AMAZING!!! She not only engaged with our son, (who had skipped his morning nap despite our desperate efforts), but she really helped him each step of the way. I took my 5-year-old son for a haircut today, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience. I asked the lady who cut his hair, who was Black, to fix the fade, and she refused, saying it would cost double the price, which felt unreasonable. When I asked to speak with the manager, she claimed to be the manager. Not only was she unwilling to help, but her attitude was also very rude. I didn’t feel respected or valued as a customer. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place. Stay away!
Cute place to get your kid’s hair cut. Stylist was very good with my grandson.
