My wife has been a recurring kidney patient lately at CRMC, CookevilleTennessee. The last visit lasted through Friday, (November 15, 2024) when she was discharged. During her last visits her treatment included peritoneal dialysis. When she was discharged on Friday the staff was all temporary staff. The dialysis equipment that CRMC uses is different than the equipment we use at home. This required a different type of connection. I don’t trust this Hospitals ER to save my life under any circumstance. The amount of times I or family have been, I can’t recall a “good” experience. Watching loved ones get ZERO treatment and attention from staff is ridiculous. It doesn’t matter if you come in with cold symptoms at 3am or a serious issue that might be from a surgery preformed by this hospital! The staff for surgeries were amazing! horrible experience-i felt i was in the nashville va prior to the trump era. if my appointment was at 8 i was lucky to be seen by 2-i always brought my lunch. i was diagnosed at crmc having covid 19 and pneumonia-i asked many people to admit me till i get over this. this journey started at 10-at 5 the lpn saw me-she said i needed to get a steroid shot-then i can go home-i asked her can you please make it happen very very soon-she said yes-then came 5:30-having not ate all day and drinking no liquids i went out to the nurs... read more

Horrible care. From the bottom up. HR president did nothing to resolve the unprofessional behavior of several employees. If your from out of state be prepared to be treated like a second hand citizen.
