Thid is the greatest plsce I have ever been. Never in a gym before. They work with you to get you started on the right track. I love Linda she is great. . If you need to workout go anytime day or night. Very clean and any equipment you need they have. You want go wrong going there.

I visit from Hawaii often and only workout at Cookeville Fitness Center (CFC) this gym beholds all the characteristics that you would imagine in a gym. This is the best full-on Mom and Pop gym that you'll find for miles. The vision of the management team has captured Total Fitness with a professional and friendly atmosphere. Many modifications and enhancements are on its way as the staff insist on the perfect gym. Aloha, Ivan
